Egon Zehnder is one of the world's largest privately held global consultancy and executive search firms. Their goal is to establish long-term relationships built on mutual trust, and inspire leaders to shape the future by creating lasting value for the world. To strengthen the connection between their consultants and clients, they needed a new digital experience on a modern and centralised platform.
Our goal was to streamline key processes, reduce frictions in critical decision-making, and ultimately increase productivity and efficiency for both employees and clients. The project consisted of three key phases, each with its own objectives:
1. Understand day-to-day workflows, friction points across roles, and opportunities to increase employee and client engagement
We captured requirements through an extensive audit of existing systems, interviews and workshop exercises, and defined the architecture of the platform
2. Establish a roadmap to migrate to a digital-first solution and reduce reliance on manual processes and time spent inputting and managing data
We identified user needs, pain points, goals and use case scenarios as well as the experience principles and, core features and functionality of the platform
3. Create a single platform for both consultants and clients to manage records, projects and reporting that is accessible to all
We designed the user experience, built a design system and branded the platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
