IBM iX is a renowned global business design partner that collaborates with customers from diverse industries and countries across the world. With a focus on providing digital consultancy services to various stakeholders within businesses, my projects were often centred around digital strategy with a strong emphasis on human-centered design thinking.
Collaborating closely with both IBM thought leaders and client teams, my role was ideating and visualising innovative concepts for digital experiences. This involved gaining a deep understanding of the user's needs and preferences, and translating them into tangible solutions. Together with various cross-functional teams, we created wireframes, concept boards, interaction models, and eventually transformed them into high-fidelity interface and prototypes, which effectively demonstrated the power of IBM's AI-infused systems.
